Terrible service

I wrote to customer service a week ago because I had redeem for a gift card at the beginning of August and had not received it. When ever I checked the status it would just say it takes seven days to process the order. Customer service never got back to me and now the app says I have an outdated version and need to update the app when there is no update available.
