Scratchy App App Reviews

I have nothing bad to say about the app, but I got on a few days ago, and it logged me out. It may of been lack of Internet as I was logging in, or halfway through... I tried logging back in, and it was taking forever, Ive tried a few more times since then, nothing, then it hit me with a notification saying my Scratchy is outdated, please update in App Store, but there is no update for it. So I havent been able to scratch at all, and my 14 day streak is most likely gone.... I need to know how to fix this, Im tempted to back up, then restore my iPhone and have scratchy not come back and me redownload, but I dont want to. Any advice? XD

Up until now, Ive been doing great with this app. I earned four $50 gift cards I havent even redeemed yet since it says it needs up to 7 days to process. Then the other day I open the app and it says the version of Scratchy that I have is outdated so I go to App store but there were no updates for Scratchy!!!

I love this app! I have won many gift cards, Nike, Wine, Under Armor, etc!! I hate when I go to sign on for days and I cant bc it says "you are using an outdated version of the app! Update now!" Then there is no update available!! That annoys me, it goes on for days!

My tactic of giving 5 stars (as the prompts requested) did not bring the app back to life, FYI. Like many other people, I won multiple $50 gift cards the other day. Yesterday and today I havent been able to log in to scratch (messing up my streak), because it says I have an outdated app version. There is no updated version. Looks to me like theyre trying to squeeze out of their major f-ck up by just avoiding everyone and pretending everything is broken. But... I have traded in points for gift cards. Gotten $30 so far, and am waiting on another $10 which Im hoping theyll still deliver.

Ive been using the same pattern for months, so why am I not winning? Why has that pattern not been used since I started using it? If you notice there is a split fraction of a second before the scratch reveals, giving it plenty of time to change the screen. I won a session with a counselor? But nothing from the stores I chose. Why? Now I get a message that to keep this game free they want a 5 star rating. What would they be charging for? Advertising? Id have to pay to watch advertising? Thatll be the day! Update: I write a review & 2 days later a message pops up saying I have an out dated version & to upgrade. In the App Store the latest version was in June 2016. This is Sep. I do have the latest version, but now I cant play. This also happens after I finally won 3 prizes 1 day after the first review above. Now I cant redeem them!! My star rating just plummeted. Worst scam, Im so mad Ive wasted months of playing. This rating wont change until I can redeem my wins.

This app is great!!! And their customer support is great as well. I emailed them about the issues with the app and they responded quickly saying that it should be resolved in about 24 hours

This app has been down for days, I won a ton of scratchers the day before it went down and decided to redeem all of my wins the same day. I will be highly upset if I do not receive even my old wins. Not to mention I was on my 29th day of playing in a row and the day it went down was my 30th day where you get all these points for playing consistently which I will also not see Im sure... Overall Ive been playing this app for months and I like it but the company needs to get it together and get people their wins in a more timely manner.

Its crap Im gunna lose my 100 day streak I play everyday Im on level 5 an now its just junk that wont open

App has stopped working blocking out rewards wont allow me to sign in promising a update that has never come.

I love this game but having some issues every time I go to login it tells me to upgrade to new version I have new version so why is it doing that I have a lot of winning on my account that now I cant get anybody know how to fix please let me know thanks

Won several 20-25 dollar gift cards and never received them even after the 7 day wait.now the app isnt opening up anymore.

I complain but never stopped using the app. App would lock three boxes after Ive only scratched two. Wrote to the scratchy team my doubts of legitimacy of this app. I did see an improvement. Ive been playing this app for months, MONTHS! I finally won. But now I cant even get open the app to redeem. Cant give a good review until I have a better experience. And I hope I get my gift cards before developer shuts down the app

Update 9/4/16: Im guessing all of us that won on 9/1 or around then are not going to get our gift cards. I won around $500 in gift cards and then the app stopped working. In the rules for playing they say they wont be responsible and dont have to pay if something happens to the app, but I think we should sue - Thats a deceptive practice. I guess well see what happens.... But I wouldnt count on them to pay out. 9/3/16: The app is a good way to waste time, when it works. The app locks up and now I cant even log in. Its just stuck on the same screen asking for my email but not letting me go anywhere. Yesterday, the app wouldnt even load.

This app is fun but it is also rigged. I had enough points for a $5 Amazon giftcard. Once I redeemed it it says it will take 7 days. I have tried to redeem it multiple times throughout 2-3 weeks and it has not come. Now when I try to open the app it says I need to update it. I deleted it and installed it back and it still doesnt work. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND NEVER GET A GIFTCARD.

Why is it saying to update but there is no update??

Theres no support and it keeps crashing. Now its saying that Im running an outdated version, but I just downloaded it and there isnt a new update. Everybody else is saying this too. Oh boy..

I have been playing for months and finally won multiple $50 gift cards the other day. Now I try to login and it says I have the outdated version and need to update but there is not an update. Seems like a scam to me. I have contacted customer service via email but havent received a response.

This app is not letting me log in, it says it needs an update, however, I have the current version. A lot of people seem to be having this problem. I have redeemed points for gift cards from them in the past with success. They need to fix the app, there is no way to contact support because the website is under construction.

i have won 4everbliss 15min sessions 2everbliss 25min sessions and 1 $10 wellpath that i will never use. what would be great is if you can trade unwanted gifts in for points or other scratch cards before you redeem to get the gift card. from level 3 and up you have a ZERO percent chance of winning anything. only good side is you can trade points in for gift cards redeem update i used my points for a $10 and $5 amazon gift cards. 14 days later i have yet to receive the gift cards. dont waste your time with this app. also from level 3 and up when you scratch and have 2 of the 3 there is a 100% chance that the last one will be locked i also contacted them after awhile from NOT receiving my redeemed gift cards and they gave me this message Unfortunately we are experiencing prolonged delays. At this point, time frame for delivery of rewards is no more, but we will make sure that all confirmed winners will not be rewarded and no points given back to winners that redeemed their points We are expecting for this situation to be resolved after the 15th of August. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. after i got this email on aug 3 i just deleted this app. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I just recently downloaded the app, and I heard this app is good. I cant use it because it says to update. The App Store says it doesnt need an update. Please fix this! Then it will be 5 stars.
