Every time I try to log into the app it tells me I need to update to the newest version. This has been going on for 3 days now. Im not sure how to contact someone about this? The day before this all happened I won 5 scratch offs. 2 $50 Amazon gift cards, $50 Victorias Secret, $50 Whole Foods and $50 GAP. I hope this doesnt effect me getting them.

There are a few different reasons I am deleting this APP let me say that they usually pay out after being prompted several times by the user. I have traded my points for an Amazon gift card usually when I hit the 10$ mark and they paid out twice. Usually after a few emails so it was more like 30 days than the 7 they list. The other day I cashed out for another 10$ Amazon gift card the very next day I was unable to log in and it said my app was outdated but there is no update on the App Store. There is no way to contact them since I cant log on so it looks like I am out the 10$ and a lot of wasted time.

UPDATE: Day 4, still no gift cards. apparently, everyone won a bunch of gift cards around the first day of september. I guess too much of us tried to redeem our gcs, or there was a glitch in the system, that they decided to "update the app" even when said update is not available on the app store! We all know theyll erase our streaks, our points, AND our wins. Good thing Im a screenshot junkie and took proof of all my winnings. Plus! Customer support is non existent, and more useless than an appendix. Like I said, dont download. Guess they did that to get rid of all the 1 star ratings theyve been receiving. Some developers just love making money buy hate giving it away.

Just A Day After I Won Four Scratch Cards It Responds With "Outdated" -_- I Have Checked For The Past Week And It Doesnt Work And I Have The Latest Version The Only Card I Actually Got Was Everbliss Fifty Minute Session Which Is Completely Useless To Me. Fix Please

Dear Scratchy app Team: Like others, Im locked out of the game after the September 1st weird winning streak/glitch that many seemed to encounter. Prior to that, I scratched over 3,000 cards without cashing in because I wanted to keep building up the levels. (I was nearing level seven.) Whats most disappointing to me is that I spent ever day this summer scratching and watching the days pass by to continue my streak and count down until the next bonus. Im such a nerd that Id even bring up my calculator to figure out how many scratches, days and find what day Id get the bonus. Now I receive the message "ooops! Please update the Scratchy app. You have an outdated version." I will absolutely update when one is available. Until then, I have been checking every day. I will be disheartened if my streak is reset, but I am almost anticipating this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I will not be continuing if my point balance is depleted. Thank you for your time and efforts to provide us with a quality app! Lisa

Please do not waste your time. This app is crooked and does not honor winnings.

Havent won anything yet..

I wrote to customer service a week ago because I had redeem for a gift card at the beginning of August and had not received it. When ever I checked the status it would just say it takes seven days to process the order. Customer service never got back to me and now the app says I have an outdated version and need to update the app when there is no update available.

I used this app for about 8 months and never won anything. Then I did win and they said there system went down and wont honor it. Dont waste your time

Got a $5 Amazon gift card from scratching, everyone needs to stop being sore. Youre doing next to nothing for them, not viewing a single ad. Yet they continue to give you chances to win money, for again, absolutely nothing in return.

I like a free scratch off now and again...and its free!!
